Cramer's Calls -
(Last Call)
aDECEMBER 18, 2008 (Dow 8605, down 219) - Bush's indecision regarding the auto bailout snd the potential ratings downgrade of GE's debt hurt the market today. Sharp moves down in oil contributed to fears of a deepening global recession. The chemicals are the biggest beneficiaries of lower oil prices. The newspaper stocks are toxic.Recommended Stocks By Sector

08/01/08speculative situation - co produces liquified natural gas (LNG) for use in natural gas powered vehicles - is expanding capacity to meet demand - also has 175 natural gas fueling stations & will benefit from the Port of Long Beach (CA) plan to have half of the port's trucks run on natural gas - we will be hearing a lot more about this co going forward13.790.00%

08/20/08would hold speculative stock until the Nov California bond initiative that supports natural gas as a fuel source14.11+2.32%
08/25/08stock is getting more blue chip after Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House) disclosed an investment in the co ($100k -$250k) -  Boone Pickens is the largest shareholder - co just had a better than expected qtr - a $5B California ballot initiative (Pelosi's home state) is coming to a vote in November that would fund fuel conversion of cars & trucks to natural gas - think it will be passed & would be great for the stock - want to bet alongside Pelosi - use limit orders 14.21+3.05%
09/02/08CEO interviewed: the passage oif the California $5B bond initiative (Prop 10) will be a boon for vehicle conversion to alternative fuels like natural gas & will send people to natural gas fueling stations - co is building twice the amount of new stations as last year (in 11 states) - fleet users are now paying the oil equivalent  of $2.40/gal for natural gas - need more volume to become profitable - Cramer says this one's a winner 17.25+25.09%
09/10/08could see a multi-year move with this one - CEO interviewed: natural gas fuel could save consumers & truck fleet owners $1.50/gal now - think a major oil co will get on board with natural gas for vehicles - Cramer says it's speculative & limit orders should be used18.07+31.04%
09/17/08speculative - has been the victim of naked shorts15.52+12.55%
09/18/08don't know why Pickens is selling - it's a speculative stock16.85+22.19%
09/19/08it was Mrs Pickens that sold the stock - not Boone 17.39+26.11%
11/20/08has been crushed with falling oil prices & hedge fund selling - California Prop 10 was defeated that would have mandated some vehicles to be powered by natural gas - the stock is now trading at only $2/share over cash but has only about 4 months worth because of its cash burn rate - CEO interviewed: still think natural gas will be used for vehicle fuel with oil down here - we currently are saving diesel fuel customers (big fleets) 60 cents/gal - think Congress will revisit the natural gas fuel issue - without capex there is no cash burn - Cramer says he thinks the CEO is a winner3.49-74.69%
