06/25/08merger with Allied Waste (AW) announced Monday created a virtual duopoloy in the waste management sector - deal should close in the 4th qtr giving it & Waste Management (WMI) 60% share of the market - expect price increases & better margins as a result of cost savings ($100M 1st year) - co is also paying down debt to reduce interest expense - see a 17-18% growth rate going forward - the stock should trade an an 18x multiple giving us a projected price of 40 - suggest waiting to buy after the 3% rise today following the Goldman recomendation 31.730.00%
