JUNE 26, 2009 (Dow 8438, down 34) - Predict residential mortgage foreclosures will peak, and housing will bottom in the second half. Home prices have stabilized. The banks wil benefit as they unload underwater properties. Think oil goes $5-6/bbl higher from here.
